We have been taking all of our vehicles to Leon's for the past 4 + years. We love their customer service, we always feel like they value our business, the waiting room is clean and warm, they give us a ride back to work or home in their free shuttle and most importantly we trust their work. We have consistently proven to us that they know what they are doing. When they work on our vehicles we know that we're safe and our automobiles are running the way they are supposed to. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Phoned for a "ball-park" price on a brake job and was told that pricing is not done over the phone. The proper answer would be: "We will not guarantee any pricing given over the phone, but "generally" brake jobs begin at a million dollars and can be as much as 2 million, or whatever it is". Negativity over the phone does not make people want to do business with you---DUH!!! Of course the problem has to be examined before and "actual" price is given---DOUBLE-DUH!!! Some of us work. Some of us have to save the money for repairs. Some of us need an "idea" of what something might cost. And some of us can find another vendor to provide more helpful and friendly service, which is exactly what I've done.

I recently took my car there and was greated with a warm smile and just felt like they did more than fix my car. The staff is very freindly and knows how to treat their customers with homemade cookies and coffee. The work that they performed on my car was also top notch. They explain exactly what is going on with your car in terms that the common person can understand. I would recomend them for everybody!
